This table shows the solvent and scaling parameters for three structures with the resulting R values.  The first column for each shows the scale factors without any attempt to model solvent.  The second column show the parameters determined using the TNT method.  R is the R value calculated using all data in the specified range.  Rlow includes only the data from the low resolution limit to 6A.

The first structure is the ZGPLL inhibitor complex of thermolysin.  The second structure in model "5R" of the bacteriochlorophyll-a containing protein (Tronrud, et al., 1986). The third structure is the model labeled "T4165RF" of T4 lysozyme (Bell et al., 1991).
